So you should know by now how we met…right? I mean, if not, scroll back and read Pt. 1 first ;). And you know how he proposed, so let’s chat about the wedding, shall we?
Now this was before I even started lettering, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to take advantage of my own services, but that didn’t stop me from DIY’ing basically everything.
Our engagement was 2.5 years long. I specifically wanted it that way so that I would have ample time to make and plan everything. Oh and save all the money, because you know, weddings are outrageous! So over the course of those 2.5 years, I made and I planned. Oh and we bought a house, and we took another vacation to FL, and I got a new job, and yeah, life was CRAY. But we somehow made it work.
We got married on August 22nd, 2015 in Milwaukee, WI. At the Pritzlaff building, space 143 to be exact :). It was a freaking gorgeous day and basically it was perfect. It was everything we hoped and more. Looking back on it, I would’ve changed a few things (for example, my dress)…but what’s most important is that we both had the time of our lives and there were zero catastrophes :).
Warning: My dress was out of control. Like, cleavage central, so please keep that in mind when scrolling thru the pictures. It was NOT supposed to fit like that and was definitely a wardrobe malfunction :(.
Anyways, I will just include captions on some of the photos, but enjoy looking thru our special day!
All photos were taken by Leah Fontaine of Leah Fontaine Photography.
Well, that’s it, I mean, there are hundreds more photos I could show you, but I don’t want to get carried away.
Hope you liked looking thru them!
